Your plan may include Fall Prevention Therapy, where we practice safer ways to stand up, turn, and navigate common household obstacles, all while improving leg strength and reaction time. For patients with dizziness or inner-ear issues, we incorporate Vestibular Rehabilitation, using targeted head, eye, and body movements to reduce spinning sensations and unsteadiness so you can trust your balance again.
Core Stability Training focuses on the deep muscles around your abdomen, hips, and back. When these muscles are stronger, everyday tasks - getting out of a chair, reaching overhead, walking on uneven ground - feel more controlled and less tiring.
